SIDE AWNING
The side awning arose from the need of creating privacy and for wind protection. It is a simple, yet effective solution. It is basically an awning with a head box, operating with a spring anchored to a wall in an upright position. There is a handle on the front used for handling and locking the awning to a pillar, which is still part of the side awning.
The entire frame is in extruded aluminium and drawn, thermo lacquered aluminium, and all the anchoring parts, such as nuts, bolts, washers and pins are in A4 stainless steel.
This awning usually comes with acrylic canvas – Dralon, with Scotchgard treatment, or with microperforated Solscreen or Tecnoscreen fabric.
